International High School at Largo is 0-3 against Oxon Hill since April of 2022 but things could change on Thursday. The Sea Turtles will welcome the Clippers at 4:30 p.m.

International High School at Largo is headed into their home opener looking to turn things around after starting their season on the road. They came up short against Crossland two weeks ago, falling 30-5. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Meanwhile, Oxon Hill put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Gwynn Park a 17-0 shutout. Fans of the Clippers have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Kennedy Woodruff made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 12 over four innings pitched. Woodruff was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
