Basketball Recap: North Forsyth's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

It was a classic North v. South duel when North Forsyth duked it out withSouth Forsyth on Saturday. The North Forsyth Raiders came out on top against the South Forsyth War Eagles by a score of 69-61. For the Raiders, this counts as revenge for the 66-52 victory the War Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

North Forsyth's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6. As for South Forsyth, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

North Forsyth will take on Buford in a holiday battle at at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Forsyth, they will be playing at home against Miller Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
