Basketball Game Preview: St. Henry Crusaders vs. Dixie Heights Colonels

The St. Henry Crusaders will face off against the Dixie Heights Colonels at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

St. Henry took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They breezed by Villa Madonna to the tune of 66-35.

Meanwhile, Dixie Heights had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Sunday. They blew past the Rebels 72-40. That 32 point margin sets a new team best for the Colonels this season.

Dixie Heights has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.6 points per game. As for St. Henry, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
