Basketball Recap: Lifegate Christian Takes a Loss

After soaring to 66 points the game before, Lifegate Christian was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They fell 34-30 to the Valor Kyle Kingfishers.

Valor Kyle found their leader in freshman Jerry Tiokeng, who posted 18 points.

Lifegate Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Valor Kyle, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Lifegate Christian will square off against Calvary Chapel Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Valor Kyle, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 43-39 defeat against Griffin School on the 15th.
