Basketball Game Preview: Charleston Tigers vs. Lake Cormorant

The Charleston Tigers will head out to square off against Lake Cormorant at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Charleston is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak dating back to last season.

It was a proper cat-fight when Charleston challenged Independence on Thursday. The Tigers took an 81-62 bruising from the Wildcats.

Despite the loss, Charleston had strong showings from Omari Price, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and 13 boards, and Jaiden Nunaley, who shot 75% from beyond the arc to rack up 20 points.

Meanwhile, Lake Cormorant was able to grind out a solid win over Gentry on Thursday, taking the game 55-48.

Charleston's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lake Cormorant, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
