Baseball Recap: Greeneville Triumphs

Greeneville got themselves on the board against A.C. Reynolds on Saturday, but A.C. Reynolds never followed suit. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-0 victory over the Rockets. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Greene Devils have posted since March 13th.

Greeneville's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 18-5. As for A.C. Reynolds, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-8.

Greeneville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-2 win against Grainger on the 14th. As for A.C. Reynolds, they have also already played their next match, a 13-0 victory against Northview Academy on the 14th.
