Football Game Preview: Red Bluff Spartans vs. Chico Panthers + How To Watch

Red Bluff hasn't had much luck against Chico recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Spartans will square off against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Red Bluff 13.1, Chico 14) so any points scored will be well earned.
