Volleyball Recap: Morrill Lions vs. Lingle-Fort Laramie Doggers

Morrill entered their contest against Lingle-Fort Laramie on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Morrill Lions fell just short of the Lingle-Fort Laramie Doggers by a score of 2-1. It was the first time this season that the Lions let down their fans at home.

Morrill actually scored more points across those three sets (72-71), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 18-25, 25-21.

Morrill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Hay Springs on the 5th. Lingle-Fort Laramie has also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Garden County on the 5th.
