Volleyball Recap: Hayfield Comes Up Short

Hayfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Riceville Wildcats.

Hayfield's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Riceville, the victory snapped their losing streak at eight matches and leaves them with a 5-11 record.

Hayfield has already played their next matchup (against Waterville-Elysian-Morristown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Riceville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
