Basketball Recap: Williamsburg Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three games, Williamsburg finally came back down to earth on Friday. They had to suffer through a 62-24 loss at the hands of the Grinnell Tigers. The matchup marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Williamsburg now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Grinnell, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-9 record this season.

Williamsburg will challenge Vinton-Shellsburg on Monday. As for Grinnell, they will take on South Tama County at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
