West Henderson had already won 17 in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it 18 on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Tuscola Mountaineers with a sharp 3-0 win. The Falcons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mountaineers, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-17, 25-11.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead West Henderson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Joelie Humiston, who had 11 digs and two aces.

Humiston wasn't the only good server: West Henderson was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in 11 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

West Henderson's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Tuscola, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

West Henderson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Hendersonville on the 27th. Tuscola has also already played their next game (against Smoky Mountain), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
