Softball Preview: North Creek Jaguars vs. Newport - Bellevue Knights

North Creek is 8-2 against Newport - Bellevue since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Jaguars will take on the Knights at 4:30 p.m. North Creek is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.4 runs per game this season.

In other batting news, Addy Cook was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Paige Geller was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Newport - Bellevue kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 23 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

North Creek pushed their record up to 17-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
