Troy Williams put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Saturday. He didn't allow a single earned run over 6.2 innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up a single earned run in six consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Williams and Rickards are taking a road trip to face off against Florida State University High School at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Seminoles thanks in part to Williams: he scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his six plate appearances.
