Volleyball Game Preview: Ipswich Tigers vs. Faulkton Trojans

Ipswich hasn't had much luck against Faulkton recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Tigers will face off against the Trojans at 7:30 p.m. Ipswich will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Ipswich made easy work of Gettysburg and carried off a 3-0 win.

Ipswich walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-21, 25-11, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Faulkton was able to grind out a solid win over Aberdeen Christian on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

Faulkton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-22.

Ipswich's record now sits at 15-3. As for Faulkton, their record is now 10-8.

Ipswich came up short against Faulkton when the teams last played back in November of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
