Evergreen Park had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers by a score of 2-0.

Evergreen Park never let Bradley-Bourbonnais on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-22.

Evergreen Park found their leader in freshman Quinn Carlson, who had eight digs and four aces. Those four aces set a new season-high mark for Carlson. Owen Brady also deserves some recognition as he had his first dig of the season.

Evergreen Park's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Bradley-Bourbonnais, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Coming up, Evergreen Park will face off against Hillcrest at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Mustangs' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. After both having extra time off, Bradley-Bourbonnais and Kankakee will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
