Baseball Recap: Park Place Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Park Place Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They came up short against the Lamar Raiders, falling 14-0. If the Crusaders were looking for revenge after losing 15-5 to the Raiders when the teams met back in April of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Park Place Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Bain, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Park Place Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Lamar, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 21-6-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Raiders beat Park Place Christian Academy by a score of 13-6 later that day.
