Maryvale entered their tilt with Lake Shore on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Eagles 12-1. The Flyers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Isaiah Hill made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Hill was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple. That triple was his first of the season.

In other batting news, Dominic Daly was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. Jacob Kuciel was another key player, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Maryvale kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lake Shore only managed two hits.

Maryvale's record is now 10-2. As for Lake Shore, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Looking ahead, Maryvale will square off against Pioneer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake Shore, they will challenge Cheektowaga at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles are facing the Chargers at the right time seeing as the Chargers are stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
