Football Recap: Leverett's Chapel Comes Up Short

Leverett's Chapel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 54-42 to the Greenville HomeSchool Athletics Archers.

Leverett's Chapel's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Greenville HomeSchool Athletics, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-4.

Leverett's Chapel and Greenville HomeSchool Athletics will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Lions are set to square off against their familiar foe Union Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Greenville HomeSchool Athletics will face off against rival King's Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
