Baseball Recap: Waukesha West Comes Up Short

Waukesha West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Watertown Goslings.

Waukesha West now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Watertown, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-10.

Coming up, Waukesha West will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Milwaukee Hamilton at 5:00 p.m. The Wildcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.53 runs per game on average), something the Wolverines will no doubt try to take advantage of. Watertown does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
