Soccer Game Preview: St. Mary's vs. Lodi

The St. Mary's Rams are taking a road trip to take on the Lodi Flames at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, St. Mary's didn't have quite enough to beat Lincoln and fell 3-2. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 436th, while the Trojans are ranked 146th).

Meanwhile, Lodi and West finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.

Lodi's goal came courtesy of Devin Briceno, who's now up to seven this season.

St. Mary's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2-1. Lodi's draw makes their record 4-4-4 this season.
