Baseball Recap: Hope Takes a Loss

Hope was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the De Queen Leopards, falling 15-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Bobcats were not able to get on the board.

Hope's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for De Queen, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Leopards beat Hope by a score of 16-0 later that day.
