Softball Game Preview: Manchester West Blue Knights vs. Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers

Manchester West is 0-4 against Hollis-Brookline since May of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Blue Knights will take on the Cavaliers at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Manchester West is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Wednesday. They lost 25-3 to Milford.

Meanwhile, Hollis-Brookline faced Pelham in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Cavaliers came up short against the Pythons, falling 17-6.

Hollis-Brookline now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Manchester West, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Manchester West couldn't quite get it done against Hollis-Brookline in their previous matchup back in April of 2019 as they fell 6-2. Can the Blue Knights avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
