Softball Recap: Mt. Zion Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Mt. Zion and Glenwood squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Mt. Zion had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Titans by a score of 2-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Braves were not able to get on the board.

Mt. Zion's loss dropped their record down to 24-11. As for Glenwood, the victory (which was their 24th in a row) raised their record to 33-1.

Mt. Zion does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Glenwood, they will square off against Rochester at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
