Volleyball Recap: Audra Bailey Key Part of Team Effort in Wolves Win

Worthington Kilbourne had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Westerville North on Tuesday. The Wolves were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Worthington Kilbourne never let Westerville North on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-13, 28-26.

Bailey wasn't the only good servers: Worthington Kilbourne was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 11 consecutive matches.

Worthington Kilbourne's record is now 16-4. As for Westerville North, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.
