Basketball Recap: Falls City/Kings Valley Charter Comes Up Short

After flying high against Triangle Lake last Tuesday, Falls City/Kings Valley Charter came back down to earth. The Falls City/Kings Valley Charter Mountaineers fell 38-28 to the Perrydale Pirates on Friday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mountaineers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-25 back in December of 2024.

Falls City/Kings Valley Charter's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Perrydale, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-6 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Falls City/Kings Valley Charter has already played their next game (against Livingstone Adventist Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Perrydale will challenge Lewis Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Lewis Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Perrydale surely won't give up without a fight.
