Basketball Recap: Carroll Starts Season with Win at Home + How To Watch

Carroll took care of business in their home opener on Thursday. They came out on top against the New Brockton Gamecocks by a score of 69-56.

New Brockton's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Myles Tillis, who went 5-for-11 to rack up 14 points and six steals, and Khazari Griffin, who almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Josiah Lewis, who posted nine points and six boards.

Carroll wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 49-9 win against Daleville on the 14th. New Brockton has also already played their next matchup (against Luverne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
