Kokomo HomeSchool is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Fort Wayne HomeSchool just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 55-41 bruising from the Hawks. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Calvary Christian earned a 54-45 win over Crosspointe Christian Academy on Monday. Given the EAGLES's advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 38th, while the Panthers are ranked 190th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kokomo HomeSchool's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-3. As for Calvary Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.

Kokomo HomeSchool strolled past Calvary Christian when the teams last played back in October of 2023 by a score of 81-62. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kokomo HomeSchool since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
