Valley View waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They never let the Greene County Tech Golden Eagles get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Valley View's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last eight contests.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Elizabeth Becklund, who's now up to 13 this season.

Valley View's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those three games. As for Greene County Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3-3.
