Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Braham

Braham extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Tyler Eklund. The Braham Bombers strolled past the Aitkin Gobblers with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 84-66 thanks in part to Eklund, who dropped a triple-double on 34 points, 11 boards, and ten assists. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Braham's points.

Another player making a difference was Tanner Doble, who posted 18 points and six rebounds. The match was his tenth in a row with at least ten points.

Braham pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.8 points. As for Aitkin, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Braham will square off against Floodwood at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Aitkin, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mora at 7:00 p.m.
