Volleyball Recap: Celina Comes Up Short

Celina lost against Parkway back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17.

Sidney Jenkins paced Celina's offense, picking up five kills. Jenkins got some help from Haley Kizer and her 11 assists.

Celina's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Parkway, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Celina wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Columbus Grove on the 23rd. As for Parkway, they will face off against South Adams at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
