Valley is a perfect 3-0 against Elmore County since January of 2025 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rams will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Valley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.9 points per game this season.

On Tuesday, Valley strolled past Beauregard with points to spare, taking the game 45-31. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Rams' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 173rd, while the Hornets are ranked 393rd).

Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from JR Mccray, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kason Varner, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 12 points and eight boards.

Valley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 28 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Elmore County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 49-30 bruising from Prattville Christian Academy.

Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points over those games. As for Elmore County, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Valley beat Elmore County 57-49 in their previous meeting on Thursday. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
