The Diman RVT Bengals will head out to challenge the Fairhaven Blue Devils at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Diman RVT is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12.4 runs per game this season.
Diman RVT came out on top against Westport on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run second inning. The Bengals took their contest against the Wildcats 10-7. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bengals considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Madeleine Pineault made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up six earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in May of 2025. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-5 with two runs and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Paisley Parisee, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Bellamae Silva, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
Meanwhile, Fairhaven faced Dighton-Rehoboth Regional in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Blue Devils lost 11-2 to the Falcons. The game marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.
Brianna Pierce spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and seven unearned) runs on ten hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Stella Zangao was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI.
This is the second loss in a row for Fairhaven and nudges their season record down to 5-2. As for Diman RVT, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Tuesday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Diman RVT has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .450. However, it's not like Fairhaven struggles in that department as they've averaged .464. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Diman RVT might still be hurting after the 13-1 defeat they got from Fairhaven in their previous meeting last Thursday. Can the Bengals avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
