Volleyball Recap: Forestview Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road + How To Watch

Forestview's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Ashbrook Greenwave. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Forestview had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-18, 26-24, 25-19.

Forestview found their leader in freshman Lillie Nesheim, who had 17 digs and four aces. Those 17 digs set a new season-high mark for Nesheim.

Forestview was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 21 aces. They are 5-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Forestview's win ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 5-11. As for Ashbrook, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Forestview has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against South Point on the 9th. As for Ashbrook, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Crest on the 9th.
