Softball Recap: Bishop Eustace Prep Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Bishop Eustace Prep's offense. They lost 11-0 to the Seneca Golden Eagles on Monday. The Crusaders have struggled against the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Bishop Eustace Prep's loss dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Seneca, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Bishop Eustace Prep will face off against Winslow Township at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.94 runs per game on average), something the Crusaders will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Seneca, they will square off against Moorestown at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
