Volleyball Recap: Mcpherson Snags Fifth Victory in Last Six Games

The McPherson Bullpups were able to grind out a solid win over the South Titans on Saturday, taking the game 2-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: McPherson took both sets by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-9.

McPherson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3-1 record this season. As for South, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.

Coincidentally, McPherson and South will both be playing Southeast the next time they take the court. The Titans will head out to face the Golden Buffalo at 2:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bullpups will play them later in the day, at 9:00 a.m.
