Baseball Recap: Snake River Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Snake River's offense. They came up short against the Marsh Valley Eagles on Friday, falling 21-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 13-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Snake River has also been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season. As for Marsh Valley, their victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-2.

Snake River has already played their next contest, a 4-3 win against Teton on the 19th. As for Marsh Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 18-0 victory against Preston on the 19th.
