Basketball Preview: Wetumpka Indians vs. Prattville Lions        
        
		
             The Wetumpka Indians are taking a road trip to  challenge the Prattville Lions  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Wetumpka is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 64.8  points per game  this season.
 Prattville is hoping to do what Elmore County couldn't  on Friday: put an end to Wetumpka's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Wetumpka came out on top against Elmore County by a score of  52-40. Given the Indians' advantage  in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings  (they are ranked 125th, while the Panthers are ranked 264th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Wetumpka's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances.  Meanwhile,  it was a proper cat-fight when  Prattville took on Chilton County on Thursday. Prattville fell to Chilton County  71-66.
 Prattville's defeat was  their third straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 4-6. That  patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Wetumpka, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record  this season.
