Softball Recap: Higley Knights vs. Horizon Huskies

Higley won against Williams Field last Monday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. The Higley Knights skirted past the Horizon Huskies 4-2. That's two games straight that Higley has won by exactly two runs.

Kyndal Williams spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on three hits and racked up 16 Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 21 consecutive pitching appearances.
