Meanwhile, Beal City had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They enjoyed a cozy 41-26 win over the Mustangs. The 41-point effort marked the Aggies' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Beaverton's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Beal City, their victory bumped their record up to 18-6.
