Basketball Game Preview: Jo Byrns Red Devils vs. Todd County Central Rebels

The Jo Byrns Red Devils will challenge the Todd County Central Rebels at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Jo Byrns has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since November 26.

Last Saturday, Jo Byrns had to suffer through a 65-22 loss at the hands of Clarksville. While losing is never fun, the Red Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 344th, while the Wildcats are ranked 58th).

Meanwhile, Todd County Central strolled past John Hardin with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 44-30. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rebels.

Jo Byrns' loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Todd County Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.
