Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shawnee). They put the hurt on the Memorial Chargers with a sharp 26-1 win on Tuesday. The Wolves have beaten the Chargers the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Chargers has come to flipping the script.

Shawnee's victory bumped their record up to 3-16. As for Memorial, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Shawnee and Memorial could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings. The Wolves will face off against Noble at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank disadvantage (288 vs. 88). Meanwhile, Memorial (ranked 294th) will meet Collinsville (ranked 25th) at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
