Football Recap: Deerfield Beach Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Deerfield Beach extended their losing streak to six on Friday, dropping them down to 1-8. The matchup between the Bucks and the Western Wildcats didn't end well, with the Bucks falling 20-6. The Bucks lost against the Wildcats in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 36-0 score last time.

As for Western, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-5. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.3 points on average over those games.

Deuce Olden II was a one-man wrecking crew as he picked up 45 receiving yards and ten scores. Jadyis Cofer got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Deerfield Beach didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 56-0 loss against Dillard on the 30th. As for Western, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 35-7 defeat against West Broward on the 30th.
