Softball Recap: Elyria Catholic Panthers vs. Sandusky Blue Streaks        
        
		
            
 Elyria Catholic stacked  a  ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by  an  11-1 margin over the Sandusky Blue Streaks. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Elyria Catholic.
  Harper Morgan looked comfortable as she  didn't allow a single  earned run over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in eight consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Jessica Conner was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  doubles, three  RBI,  and two  runs.  Hannah Brooks was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-2.
 Elyria Catholic pushed their record up to 12-5 with that  win, which was their seventh straight  at home. As for Sandusky, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elyria Catholic will take on Rocky River at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Sandusky, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clyde at 4:45  p.m.  on Wednesday. Clyde will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  victory, something Sandusky surely won't give up without a fight.
