Baseball Recap: Seneca Valley Takes a Loss

Seneca Valley fell victim to Damascus and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Hornets, falling 25-0. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Screamin' Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Seneca Valley saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Vyomesh Parasa, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Seneca Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. Damascus has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Seneca Valley will face off against Northwest at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Damascus, they will square off against Clarksburg at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
