Basketball Recap: Ridgefield Find Success

With a playoff win on the line, Ridgefield rose to the challenge on Monday. They managed a 42-38 victory over the Staples Wreckers. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Wreckers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Staples lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Freya Harvey, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 12 points. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Chloe Smith, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds.
