Softball Recap: Kenwood Comes Up Short

Kenwood fell victim to Kennedy and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Crusaders, falling 17-0. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Broncos' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Kenwood's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Kennedy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-4.

Kennedy has already played their next match, a 7-4 defeat against Curie on the 19th. Hopefully Kenwood paid attention to the Crusaders' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Crusaders at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
