Basketball Recap: Lake Linden-Hubbell Comes Up Short

Lake Linden-Hubbell lost against Calumet back in December of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes lost 62-37 to the Calumet Copper Kings. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Lakes have suffered against the Copper Kings since February 28, 2020.

This is the second loss in a row for Lake Linden-Hubbell and nudges their season record down to 2-20. As for Calumet, their win bumped their record up to 12-10.

Looking ahead, Lake Linden-Hubbell is taking a road trip to take on Chassell at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Calumet, they will take on West Iron County in a tournament on Monday.
