Basketball Recap: Negaunee Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Negaunee won against Ludington last Saturday with 50 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Negaunee Miners were the clear victor by a 50-29 margin over the Iron Mountain Mountaineers. The Miners have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Negaunee's win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.1 points per game. As for Iron Mountain, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
