After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Bishop LeBlond brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They put the hurt on the Breckenridge Bulldogs with a sharp 17-2 win on Friday. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Bishop LeBlond's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Breckenridge, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Bishop LeBlond wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 17-2 win against Tina-Avalon on the 11th. As for Breckenridge, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Carrollton at 5:00 p.m. on the 29th.
