Baseball Recap: Forest Wildcats vs. Dunnellon Tigers
Forest proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Dunnellon Tigers 9-7. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won three in a row.
Michael Dominguez was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-low in earned runs (zero). He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. He has become a key player for Forest: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 6-7 otherwise.
